Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MICE Operations Professional based in Pune City. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing meetings, incentives, conferences, and events for corporate clients, ensuring smooth operations from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals and event itineraries, managing vendor relationships, negotiating rates, and overseeing logistics such as travel, accommodation, venue arrangements, and on-ground support.





The MICE Operations Professional will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and supplier partners, maintain accurate documentation, and monitor budgets, timelines, and service quality. The role also includes handling client communication, resolving operational issues, and supporting continuous improvement of processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and coordination skills, including event planning, logistics management, and vendor handling.
- Client service and communication abilities, with proficiency in written and verbal communication and relationship management.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail, time management, and basic budgeting or cost control.
- Proficiency in MS Office and common travel/event management tools; comfort working with reports and documentation.
- Relevant experience in MICE, corporate travel, or event management; prior work in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, travel as required for events, and manage work under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
