We are looking for CAPP & MES Engineer,

Experience: 3-10 years

Location: Bangalore

Must-Have

- Understanding and interpretation of engineering drawings
- Knowledge of GD & T
- Responsible for maintaining manufacturing process plans and routings.
- Configure and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
- Create and manage digital work instructions and manufacturing records.
- Change management implementation such as ECN, BOM, Process change.
- Support Engineering-to-Manufacturing data flow.
- Support Current Product Introduction (NPI) and industrialization activities.
- Ensure manufacturing process compliance and traceability.
- Support process validation and production readiness.
- BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Good-to-Have 1.

Experience in precision machine components of Titanium, Stainless Steel,



and Aluminum alloys.

- Knowledge on Aerospace standards 3. Integrate CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES systems.
- Drive shop floor digitization and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Develop dashboards and manufacturing performance reports.
- Analyze production data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and IT teams.
- Good presentation and communication skills Added Advantage 1. Hands on Teamcenter 2. Working on any MES application 3. Excel basic and advance knowledge 4. Strong data interpretation and decision-making skills.
