About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in full-stack development, with a focus on the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying web applications that provide a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and Maintain Web Applications: Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to create and deliver high-quality products.
- Code Quality and Best Practices: Ensure code quality by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the applications.
- Database Management: Manage and optimize MongoDB databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end components.
- Version Control: Utilize version control systems like Git for effective code management and collaboration.
- Continuous Learning:



Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve skills and apply them to projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on the MERN stack.
- Proficiency in JavaScript: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ syntax and features.
- Frontend Development: Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
- Backend Development: Proficient in Node.js and Express.js, with experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs.
- Database Management: Experience with MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance optimization.
- Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- UI/UX Skills: Basic understanding of UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with designers.
- Testing Frameworks: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha.
- Deployment: Knowledge of deployment and CI/CD processes.
- Cloud Services: Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a computer-related field
