Role Description The Merchandiser role at K.N ENTERPRISES is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhiwandi. The Merchandiser will coordinate between buyers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure that product specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing orders, tracking samples and approvals, monitoring production status, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports.

The role involves analyzing market trends, supporting product development,



and collaborating with design and sales teams to align collections with brand requirements. The Merchandiser will also assist in resolving issues related to quality, scheduling, and communication to maintain robust client relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effective coordination with buyers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to understand buyer needs, market behavior, and product performance at store level.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to support product positioning, assortment planning, and brand-consistent presentation.
- Relevant experience in apparel or fashion merchandising, preferably in ethnic wear manufacturing or retail.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, email, order tracking tools) and strong documentation skills.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion Merchandising, Textile, Apparel Production, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site manufacturing environment in Bhiwandi and collaborating closely with production and design teams.
