Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a MEP Product Sales Executive. The role involves identifying and engaging new customers, including contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders in the MEP and construction sectors. The MEP Product Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to product demonstrations, quotations, and order closure.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, providing technical product information,



coordinating with internal teams for pricing and delivery, and ensuring timely customer follow-up. The role also includes monitoring market trends, participating in site visits or meetings, preparing sales reports, and contributing to business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales and Business Development skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and expand market reach within the MEP and construction industry.
- Experience in Account Management to handle key customers, manage pipelines, and ensure consistent follow-up and retention.
- Understanding of MEP products, building materials, or related technical fields; ability to learn product specifications and applications quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, conduct client visits, and collaborate with internal teams for order processing and delivery coordination.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and basic MS Office skills, with the ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, construction, business, or a related discipline preferred; prior experience in B2B industrial or MEP sales is an advantage.
