Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai with multiple openings across Engineering, Projects, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Formulation & Development (F&D;). Team members in Engineering, Projects, and Maintenance will oversee equipment installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and support for continuous improvement initiatives. Purchase and Stores professionals will manage vendor coordination, procurement, inventory control, and material handling to ensure smooth operations.

F&D; team members will assist in formulation development, process optimization, documentation, and collaboration with quality and production teams.



All roles involve working closely with cross-functional colleagues, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and contributing to operational efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

- Relevant technical or scientific background (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, or related fields).
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing environments, with familiarity in WHO/GMP-compliant processes.
- Knowledge of production equipment, utilities, and maintenance practices for Engineering, Projects, and Maintenance roles.
- Skills in procurement, vendor management, inventory control, and stores operations for Purchase and Stores positions.
- Understanding of formulation development, process scale-up, and documentation for F&D; roles.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to work in cross-functional settings.
- Comfort with using basic computer applications and ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in similar roles in the pharmaceutical sector is highly beneficial.
