Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Sales Representative role based in Nellore.

The Medical Sales

Representative will visit hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote and explain medical products, ensuring that healthcare professionals understand their benefits and appropriate use. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales territory, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and orders. The role also involves preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends and competitors, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and provide timely customer support.





The individual in this position will be expected to represent the company professionally, comply with regulatory and ethical guidelines, and contribute to building a strong local market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management, product promotion, and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present information clearly, respond to inquiries, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, usage, and relevant clinical concepts.
- Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales is preferred, along with a degree or diploma in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in the field, meet sales goals, and adhere to healthcare compliance and ethical standards.
