Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Bengaluru, with freshers and candidates having 0–2 years of experience welcome to apply.

The Medical

Representative will engage with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals to present KERA BOND’s clinical haircare portfolio, communicate product benefits, and support evidence-based recommendations. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing field visits, conducting product detailing sessions, managing samples and promotional materials, and gathering feedback from healthcare partners.



The role involves maintaining solid professional relationships, ensuring consistent follow-ups, tracking territory performance, and supporting doctor-led initiatives and events.

The Medical

Representative will also collaborate with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to sales targets and brand growth.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated interest or experience in Medical Sales, with the ability to understand clinical product positioning and work towards structured sales goals.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust with healthcare professionals and handle queries clearly and professionally.
- Foundational understanding of Medicine or Pharmacy, or coursework in life sciences, to grasp product mechanisms and clinical claims.
- 0–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, dermatology, or healthcare sales; fresh graduates in science, pharmacy, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work field-based in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and stay organized while handling multiple visits and follow-ups.
- Comfort using basic digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software) for reporting and communication.
- Professional, ethical approach to working with medical professionals and adherence to industry compliance standards.
