AIVIDA is a growing digital healthcare platform focused on connecting doctors, pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and patients through technology. We are expanding our sales and marketing team to build strong relationships within the medical community and increase adoption of the AIVIDA platform.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Medical Representative / Sales & Marketing Executive to promote the AIVIDA app among doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals in and around Chennai.

This is a field-based role involving direct visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, doctor onboarding, relationship management, and local marketing activities. The selected candidate will play an important role in expanding AIVIDA’s healthcare professional network and increasing platform engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, and healthcare centres to introduce and promote the AIVIDA app
- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Build and maintain a strong network of at least 100 doctors and healthcare professionals
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain the platform’s features, benefits, and value
- Onboard doctors and other healthcare professionals onto the AIVIDA platform
- Achieve monthly sales, onboarding, and platform engagement targets
- Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities to improve brand awareness




- Build long-term professional relationships to encourage continued platform usage
- Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and onboarding status
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects and convert them into active users
- Collect feedback from doctors and healthcare professionals to improve products and outreach strategies
- Provide regular field activity and performance reports to the management team

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Medical Representative, Sales Executive, Marketing Executive, Business Development Executive, or in a similar field-sales role
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, clinic, or digital product sales will be preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with fieldwork and daily travel within Chennai
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working toward monthly targets
- Ability to generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and close opportunities
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, mobile apps, and digital platforms
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference
