A Trainee Mechanical Engineer assists senior engineers in the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components under supervision, using CAD software and performing calculations to create technical drawings and reports. Responsibilities include data analysis, research, supporting manufacturing and testing processes, and documenting engineering activities to gain practical experience and resolve engineering issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Design Assistance:

Help create detailed engineering drawings, diagrams, and blueprints using software like AutoCAD or Inventor.

- Testing & Analysis:

Conduct experiments, analyze data, and interpret results to evaluate designs, components, and prototypes.

- Research & Problem-Solving:

Research innovative solutions to engineering problems and identify deficiencies in existing mechanical processes.

- Documentation:

Record and prepare reports detailing engineering specifications, technical data, and project progress.

- Project Support:

Assist in the planning, execution, and management of engineering projects.

- Manufacturing Support:

Provide support during the manufacturing process and assist with the installation of systems and equipment.
