h) Ability to work independently in highly automated environments. Proactive adoption of new automation technologies and familiarity with standard industry software and productivity tools.
i) Keeps abreast of state-of-the-art technologies, specialized suppliers,

j) Plan and monitor resources across all projects to ensure execution stays within budget.
k) Conduct periodic technical audits. Ensure implementation of audit findings, design verifier recommendations, and corrective actions.
l) Support the Team Leader in capability analysis and performance evaluation of team members.
m) Assist with recruitment for recent positions.
n) Help revise and roll out the Team Operating Procedure (TOP) across projects.
o) Aid the Team Manager in conducting SWOT analyses for the discipline and driving implementation of improvement actions.
p) Identify training needs based on individual experience, current roles, and future responsibilities.
q)Manage leave control and other routine administrative tasks to ensure smooth team operations.
