We are hiring Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – CNC / Tool Room

Location: Dhanali, Mehsana (Transport available from Kadi)

Salary: up to 85,000 pm (Depends on the experience and interview)

Department: Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:

Repair and maintain CNC machines, VMC machines, lathe machines, milling machines, grinders, and other workshop machines

Handle maintenance of tool room machines and equipment

Find and solve machine problems quickly to reduce breakdown time

Read mechanical drawings and help in machine modification work

Check hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems of machines

Maintain machine service records and maintenance reports

Coordinate with production and tool room teams for maintenance planning

Help in installation and setup of recent machines

Ensure proper machine accuracy and alignment

Maintain safety and quality standards in all maintenance work

Check availability of spare parts and support procurement if needed





Required Qualification & Experience:

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

10 to 15 years experience in machine maintenance

Required Skills:

Experience in CNC and tool room machine maintenance

Ability to read mechanical drawings

Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge

Good problem-solving skills

Teamwork and communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in machine shop, heavy engineering, precision machining, or roll manufacturing industries Knowledge of machine tolerances and preventive maintenance practices
