Role Description The Mechanical R&D; Engineer – CAD, FEA & Structural Optimization is a full time, on-site role based in Ajmer. This role is responsible for designing mechanical components and systems using CAD tools, performing FEA simulations, and optimizing structures for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include developing and iterating design concepts, conducting structural analyses, preparing detailed drawings and documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs into agritech and clean energy solutions.

The engineer will support prototype development, participate in inspection and testing activities,



and contribute to continuous improvement of mechanical systems and processes. The role also involves troubleshooting mechanical issues, assisting with maintenance-related design considerations, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with knowledge of mechanics, materials, and structural analysis.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, detailed drawings, and design documentation.
- Experience with inspection and testing processes to validate mechanical designs and prototypes.
- Background in maintenance and reliability engineering for mechanical systems and equipment.
- Exposure to automotive or similar industries, with understanding of mechanical components, assemblies, and performance requirements.
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and structural optimization tools is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Ajmer, collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and sustainability in engineering design.
