Assist in mechanical design, 3D CAD modeling, and prototyping for EV two-wheelers. This job is for Studio Elemento, candidates maybe posted to different EV manufacturers based on requirement.

This is an onsite-only position in Bangalore.

Responsibilities

- Assist in mechanical design and development of EV two-wheelers
- Create and modify 3D CAD models and engineering drawings
- Perform design calculations, basic engineering analysis, and component sizing
- Support prototyping, fabrication, validation, and vehicle testing
- Work on chassis, suspension, steering, braking, powertrain mounting, and other mechanical systems
- Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and design optimization
- Assist with component selection, material selection, and manufacturing processes
- Work with suppliers and fabrication teams to develop mechanical components




- Document design changes, test results, and engineering processes

Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering
- Proficiency in SolidWorks is mandatory
- Robust fundamentals in mechanical engineering and vehicle systems
- Hands-on experience with Student Go-Kart, Formula Student, BAJA, SAE or similar projects is highly preferred
- Understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing, materials, and GD&T;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with vehicle dynamics, chassis, suspension, steering, or braking is an advantage
- Understanding of EV two-wheeler architecture is advantageous
