Role OverviewIGNNITTE is looking for an experienced and passionate Master Trainer – Industry 4.0 who can design and deliver high-quality, practical, industry-oriented training programs for students, faculty, engineering professionals, and institutional clients.
The Master Trainer will be responsible for conducting classroom, laboratory, workshop, FDP, bootcamp, and project-based training programs across Industry 4.0 technologies.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in one or more of the following domains:
Robotics & Robotic Automation | Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning | IoT & IIoT | PLC & HMI | Industrial Automation | 3D Printing | Embedded Systems | Industry 4.0
The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, training capability, communication skills, curriculum development, project mentoring, and industry orientation.
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Training & Delivery
- Deliver hands-on technical training in Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Conduct classroom, laboratory, workshop, bootcamp, and certification programs.
- Train students and faculty on practical applications of emerging technologies.
- Demonstrate industrial use cases, automation systems, prototypes, and technology solutions.
- Conduct practical sessions involving hardware, software, simulation tools, and development platforms.
- Ensure effective balance between conceptual learning and hands-on implementation.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, AI/ML, IoT, or a related discipline.
- Relevant technical certifications in PLC, Robotics, Industrial Automation, IoT, AI/ML, 3D Printing, or Industry 4.0 will be an advantage.
Required Technical SkillsCandidates should have hands-on expertise in one or more of the following areas:
