Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end MDM delivery and platform configuration
- Team leadership, mentoring & agile delivery
- Match-merge, survivorship, golden records & hierarchy management
- Data modelling and entity resolution
- Integration with ERP, CRM, Salesforce, eCommerce & analytics platforms
- REST APIs, event-driven patterns & ETL/ELT pipelines
- Data quality, governance & stewardship workflows
- MDM platform health, KPIs, SLAs and issue resolution
- Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, Stibo STEP, SAP MDG or Semarchy
