The founder sets the voice. You make sure the world hears it β social, email, PR, campaigns, events, partnerships. Marketing, the whole biscuit.
What you'll do
β Run Instagram & Pinterest (the DMs won't answer themselves)
β Grow the community β stories that turn followers into regulars
β Execute campaigns end to end, and keep the calendar honest
β Edit short-form content β reels, cuts, captions (we'll train you)
β Work offline events: pop-ups, markets, tastings (yes, tastings)
β Court press & creators: seeding, pitching, charming
β Report on what's working β evidence, not vibes
