Role Description Ortemiz is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to execute and optimize marketing campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and support commercial growth across India.

This role is ideal for someone who can take an established marketing strategy and bring it to life across digital channels while continuously improving campaign performance through data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will manage and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, email, and other digital platforms. They will create and coordinate content, manage marketing calendars, track campaign performance, support product launches, and help strengthen the Ortemiz brand among orthopaedic surgeons, hospitals, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

Working closely with leadership, sales, and clinical teams, this individual will be responsible for turning strategic marketing plans into measurable business outcomes and identifying new opportunities to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications

- Execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.




- Manage content calendars and coordinate campaign execution from concept through launch.
- Create, edit, and publish marketing content including social media posts, videos, graphics, presentations, email campaigns, and website content.
- Work with external agencies, designers, videographers, and freelancers as required.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Develop and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns.
- Support product launches, surgeon education initiatives, clinical events, and trade shows.
- Build and maintain WhatsApp marketing and communication programs.
- Support lead generation and nurturing activities for distributors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct competitive market research and monitor industry trends.

Recommend and implement improvements to marketing programs based on analytics and market feedback.
- Ensure consistent Ortemiz branding and messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications & Experience

Required

- 3-5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns.
- Experience with digital advertising and campaign analytics.
- Solid content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience using marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Preferred

- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, orthopaedics, life sciences, or B2B marketing.
- Experience creating video content and managing YouTube channels.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Experience supporting product launches and commercial teams.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
