Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for promoting 603 The Coworking Space India’s locations and services to prospective and existing members. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, events, and local partnerships.

The Marketing

Specialist will conduct market research, analyze customer segments, and support the development of marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and sales leads. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing content,



coordinating promotional activities with the sales and community teams, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining consistent brand messaging. The role also requires engaging with members and prospects to understand their needs and gathering insights to improve marketing initiatives and member experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to understand target audiences, competitors, and local market dynamics.
- Experience with Sales and Customer Service to support lead generation, follow-ups, and member relationship management.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, basic analytics) and familiarity with branding principles.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in coworking, real estate, hospitality, or community-focused environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Mumbai and engaging directly with members, partners, and local businesses.
