Role Description The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Agra. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and video platforms. Day-to-day activities include developing marketing strategies, managing ad budgets, coordinating with creative teams, tracking performance metrics, and preparing campaign reports.

Manager will collaborate with clients to understand business goals, translate them into actionable marketing plans, and ensure campaigns are aligned with brand positioning and ROI objectives. The role also involves staying current with industry trends, testing new marketing approaches, and mentoring junior team members as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in digital marketing strategy, campaign planning, and performance optimization.
- Experience with social media marketing and content-driven campaigns across major platforms.
- Ability to work with creative and video teams to develop effective ad creatives and brand messaging.
- Comfort with marketing analytics tools, data interpretation, and reporting on ROI and key performance indicators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client management ability, and collaborative working style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
