We are looking for a smart, creative and result-oriented Marketing Head/Manager who can independently handle the company's marketing activities and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media & Property Portals.
- Manage and improve the company's social media presence and branding.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for better lead conversion and site visits.
- Track marketing performance, leads, CPL and ROI.
- Study market trends and competitor activities.
- Manage marketing vendors, agencies and promotional activities.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
- Prepare regular marketing reports for management.
Required Skills
- 3–7 years of marketing experience; Real Estate experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing & Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good leadership and team-handling ability.
- Creative, target-oriented and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Preferred Candidate Someone who can take ownership, bring new marketing ideas, generate quality leads and contribute directly to business growth.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
