We’re looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing Manager to own paid user acquisition for Polo at scale.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on numbers, solves growth problems independently, and takes end-to-end accountability for monthly acquisition outcomes.
This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can identify bottlenecks, unlock scale, improve efficiency, and build repeatable growth systems across channels.
What you’ll do:
- Growth Strategy: Own Polo's paid acquisition outcomes end-to-end and deliver month on month growth. Proactively identify growth bottlenecks and independently drive solutions
- Paid acquisition at scale: Manage and scale campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant paid acquisition channels with CAC efficiency
- Creative Strategy: Build the creative strategy that drives acquisition — messaging, hooks, formats, language, At our scale, creative is the primary variable; you treat it like one
- Diagnostics & Problem Solving: Diagnose drops, spikes, and scaling constraints before they compound.
Break ambiguous problems into structured experiments and drive solutions independently.
- New channel expansion: Identify and validate growth opportunities beyond current channels — creator-led acquisition, affiliate models, unconventional bets. Build new engines from scratch when the signal is there.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and content teams to explore new audience segments, recent value propositions which will lead growth
Must Haves:
- Proven experience in performance marketing driving growth at scale
- Strong expertise across Meta + Google ad platforms
- Deep understanding of app growth, attribution, performance analytics, and scaling mechanics
- Proven experience in building strong narratives and creative strategy
- Strong understanding of Bharat consumer behaviour
- Strong problem-solving ability with first-principles thinking
- High ownership mindset with high velocity of execution
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-accountability environments
