? Marketing Manager

Are you passionate about digital marketing, social media, content, and sustainability?

We're looking for a Marketing Manager who can help strengthen our digital presence while also taking the lead in planning and executing waste management & environmental awareness initiatives.

What You'll Do? Social Media & Digital Marketing

- Manage and grow our social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute the monthly social media and content calendar.
- Coordinate with internal teams to develop engaging content, creatives, videos and campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement and follower growth.
- Research industry trends, relevant topics and opportunities for digital campaigns.
- Support website content, digital campaigns and other marketing initiatives.

? Awareness Sessions & Campaigns

- Plan, coordinate and execute waste management, recycling, EPR and sustainability awareness sessions.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, corporates, institutions and other stakeholders for awareness programs.
- Manage end-to-end execution of awareness drives, workshops and campaigns.
- Coordinate with speakers, internal teams, partners and external stakeholders.
- Support on-ground campaigns, events and sustainability initiatives.
- Document and showcase the impact of awareness programs through photos, videos, reports and social media content.

? Marketing Coordination





- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors for marketing activities.
- Assist in developing presentations, marketing materials and campaign communication.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Identify new opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Who Can Apply?✔ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field ✔ 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or brand marketing

✔ Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing

✔ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✔ Comfortable coordinating with corporates, educational institutions and external stakeholders

✔ Strong organizational and execution skills

✔ Working knowledge of MS Office, Canva and social media analytics is preferred

✔ Experience in sustainability, ESG, waste management or environmental campaigns will be an advantage
