Role Overview

This is a full time, on-site opportunity for a Marketing Manager at Decode Mediacom (Ahmedabad candidates only). We are looking for a strategic, client-focused marketing professional with a strong advertising agency background, someone who can plan and execute brand campaigns, manage client relationships, and lead coordination across creative, film, and design teams to deliver impactful work.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute brand and marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives, across print, digital, social, and outdoor formats.
- Translate client briefs into clear direction for creative, content, film, and design teams, ensuring on-brief, on-time delivery.




- Act as key client point of contact — presenting strategies, managing feedback, approvals, and campaign timelines.
- Own campaign budgets and deliverables, flagging risks and ensuring smooth execution.
- Oversee brand positioning and consistency across all client touchpoints and campaigns.
- Coordinate with media/vendor partners for campaign execution where required.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional resources for delivery.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in marketing/brand management, specifically within an advertising agency (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of integrated campaign planning across traditional and digital advertising formats.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and stakeholders simultaneously.
