Role Description The Marketing Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.

The Marketing

Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to support brand awareness and business growth. Daily tasks include developing marketing strategies, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, analyzing campaign performance, and managing budgets and timelines. The role involves creating and reviewing marketing content, overseeing social media and online presence, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Manager will also track market trends, gather customer insights, and recommend initiatives to improve engagement and lead generation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and plans aligned with business objectives.
- Experience managing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Strong skills in content creation and review, with the ability to ensure clear, accurate, and engaging messaging.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven organizational and project management abilities, including handling multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a marketing leadership or managerial role, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented company.
- Comfort working in office in Ahmedabad and engaging with cross-functional teams on a daily basis.
