About the RoleAs a Marketing & Growth Intern – BhaiFinder, you'll work directly with our team on real-world marketing and user-growth initiatives.

This isn't a role where you'll simply be asked to create reports or observe campaigns. You'll get hands-on experience experimenting with content, communities, creators, outreach and growth strategies.

Depending on your strengths and interests, you may work on:

- ? Social media & community engagement
- ? Reels, content ideas, scripts, memes and campaigns
- ? Influencer and creator outreach
- ? Campus growth, student communities and ambassadors
- ? Growth and performance marketing
- ? User feedback, referrals, testimonials and UGC
- ? Finding new opportunities to introduce BhaiFinder to relevant audiences
- ? Tracking campaigns and understanding what actually drives downloads and engagement





Who We're Looking ForWe're more interested in your curiosity, creativity and ability to execute than your degree.

You could be a outstanding fit if you:

- Love Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, X or other online communities
- Enjoy creating content, reels, memes or marketing ideas
- Are comfortable reaching out to creators, communities or potential users
