Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for corporate gifting, printing, and bags manufacturing services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating sales and promotional activities, assisting with event planning, preparing marketing materials and written content, and managing small projects to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.

The Marketing

Coordinator will work closely with the sales team and management to track campaign performance, maintain marketing collateral, and ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.



The role also includes regular communication with internal teams and clients to support marketing initiatives and business growth.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for clear messaging and professional customer interactions.
- Candidates should possess Sales and client relationship skills to support lead generation and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Event Planning and coordination skills to assist with corporate events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in B2B marketing, corporate gifting, printing, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, basic design or CRM tools) are beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt to fast-paced project requirements.
