Paper Theory Network (PTN) is an AI-native creative and strategic communications studio working across corporates, PSUs, and public institutions. We build our own AI-driven pipelines rather than relying on off-the-shelf tools, which shows up in the sharpness and speed of everything we deliver. We're a small, high-ownership team — this role works closely with the founder, not several layers removed from decisions.
The Role
We're looking for someone highly driven and passionate, with sharp communication skills and a genuinely creative way of thinking, to be the person who opens doors for PTN. You'll start conversations, get meetings booked, and bring back briefs across PTN's areas of expertise — while also keeping the operational side of BD running smoothly so nothing booked ever falls through the cracks.
What you'll do
- Prospect and reach out to potential clients, opening conversations across PTN's areas of expertise
- Run LinkedIn-led outreach that's curious and personable rather than a hard pitch — get people to say yes to a meeting
- Sit in on early conversations and turn them into clear briefs for the founder and delivery team
- Keep the BD pipeline organized — tracking outreach, meeting notes, and follow-ups
- Coordinate scheduling and handoffs between BD conversations and the team delivering the work
Who we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in an agency workplace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills — you can hold a sharp, credible conversation
- Highly driven and passionate, with a creative, resourceful way of thinking and pitching
- Organized enough to manage a pipeline without things slipping through
- Comfortable with high ownership and few guardrails in a small team
