Architects design most of the built world, and almost none of them can see whether their own studios are making money. We're building the software that fixes that. Studios pay for Projectsmate today and run their practices on it, and we're now scaling across India.

You'd work directly with the founder, day to day, on getting Projectsmate in front of architects and turning that attention into conversations. We already know what we want to say and who we're trying to reach, so you're not walking in cold to figure out strategy. You're the person who takes what we've worked out and makes it real, week after week, and brings your own instinct to it as you go.

Because it's early and it's just you on this, the role is broad. Some days it's content, some days it's outreach, some days it's an idea you want to test. Here's the shape of it.

On the content side, you keep things moving. You run the calendar, put posts out on time, make simple graphics, and cut our raw video into reels and shorts. None of this needs a designer or a trained editor, the standard is clean and consistent, not cinematic, and a lot of the direction comes from us. What matters is that you have an eye, you take pride in how things look, and things actually go out on schedule instead of slipping.

On the outreach side,



you help us reach more architects and get more of them into conversations. That means running outreach over LinkedIn and email, setting up and testing ads, building targeted lists, and trying channels we haven't. The point of all of it is meetings on the founder's calendar, and part of the job is figuring out what actually generates them.

Who this is for

Someone early in their career who's responsible about it. Your English is genuinely strong, written and spoken, and you're easy and professional to deal with. You do what you said you'd do without being chased, which is rarer than it should be and matters more here than anything on your CV. You're willing to make the poster, run the campaign, and test the ad yourself rather than wait to be told exactly how. Experience we can do without. Reliability and a bit of creative nerve we can't.

In return, you get real ownership early, a direct line to the founder, and the room to grow into a proper role as the company does.
