About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content Writing and Social Media Intern to join our team for an ongoing political project. In this role, you wi l be responsible for drafting compeling daily content, summarizing civic events, and managing the online presence of political figures across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Draft formal, engaging, and error-free captions for daily political updates, civic programs, public gatherings, and regional project completions.

● Social Media Management: Schedule and publish content daily across key platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, and WhatsApp Broadcasts).

● Trend Monitoring: Keep an eye on local news, regional political trends, and public sentiment to suggest timely and relevant content ideas.

● Community Engagement: Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive and active digital presence.

● Scripting: Assist in writing short-form video scripts (Reels/Shorts) highlighting public interest events and community developments.

What We Are Looking For:

● Language Proficiency: Excelent written communication skils in Marathi and English (Hindi is a plus).



The ability to write forma ly and persuasively is a must.

● Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of how different social platforms work, including current algorithms and trends.

● Political Awareness: A general understanding of the local political landscape, civic issues, and current affairs.

● Attention to Detail: Ability to double-check facts, names, and dates before posting—accuracy is critical in political communications.

● Discretion & Professionalism: High level of maturity and confidentiality when handling sensitive information and public figure profiles.
