We are hiring an experienced Analyst IV with strong expertise in Supply Chain Technology, WMS, Parcel Engines, and logistics applications .

? Key Responsibilities

- Participate in functional solution design, system configuration and technical discussions.
- Understand and analyze business processes, data flows and system integrations .
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
- Provide production support and drive issues through to resolution.
- Work with REST APIs, Kafka, Splunk and AWS for application/integration troubleshooting.
- Support application configuration and implementation activities.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to technology best practices.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps processes.
- Manage incidents, problems, changes and releases following ITIL practices .
- Work with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence .

⭐ Must-Have ✅ Advanced Parcel Engine experience, including shipping workflows, carrier logic and high-volume logistics operations

✅ Robust RDBMS & SQL knowledge

✅ Hands-on experience with WMS / Infor Nexus / E2Open / Parcel Engines

✅ Experience troubleshooting REST APIs, Kafka and Splunk

✅ Experience with AWS / S3

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

✅ Experience in application configuration and implementation
