We are looking for a creative leader with 4/5 years' experience in social media strategy for consumer-facing or entertainment brands

K E Y R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S

1.Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy tailored to each platform and for the TV audience




- Conduct competitor analysis and research emerging platforms and AI trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve
- Leverage insights to refine and evolve the social media strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders – Content & Research teams to understand content trends on TV and share Marquee highlights and direction with the social media agency

2.Content Creation & Management:
- Lead content planning and calendar management, ensuring a mix of content/ entertainment led and moment
- driven content
- Collaborate with partners to design high-quality, platform-specific content that resonates with the target audience
- Drive creator content to build a differentiated tata play perspective while scaling performance of the page

3.Performance Analytics:
- Track and analyze the performance of social campaigns, leveraging data to optimize content and strategy

Education:

- MBA from a reputed Business School/Institute.
