Job Title: Manager – Process Transformation & Digitalization (Accounts & Finance)

Salary : AED 18,000 – 20,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a Manager – Process Transformation & Digitalization (Accounts & Finance) to lead finance transformation initiatives, optimize finance processes, drive ERP implementation and automation, strengthen internal controls, and support digitalization across the Accounts & Finance function while partnering with the CFO and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead finance transformation and digitalization projects.
- Manage SAP/ERP implementation, enhancements, and process automation.
- Develop and standardize finance SOPs and improve process efficiency.
- Strengthen internal controls, governance, and compliance.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.




- Collaborate with the CFO, IT, and business teams on strategic initiatives.
- Support change management, user training, and project delivery.

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) – First Attempt in all examinations.
- 6–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Digitalization, Process Excellence, ERP Implementation, or CFO Office.
- Strong knowledge of Accounts & Finance operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, ERP transformation, or finance automation projects.
- Experience working with CFOs and senior leadership.
- Robust project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
