Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Manager at our Mumbai location. The Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain the standards and vision of BSMH.

Responsibilities include sales and counselling, drive revenue growth across segments, coordinating schedules, driving business growth,



support students for upselling as well as referal revenue and fostering relationships with recruiters and industry professionals. The Manager will also take an active role in mentoring staff, providing leadership, and addressing student and operational needs efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, planning, and team management skills
- Marketing and business development skills, including experience in maintaining partnerships and driving growth
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication abilities
- Experience in educational institutions, vocational training centers, or the beauty and fashion industry is preferred
- Ability to mentor and inspire teams, as well as foster an inclusive and positive environment
- Proficiency in operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; additional certifications in leadership or management are a plus
