What will you do?

- Manage and guide a team of technical trainers delivering programs through virtual and in-person channels
- Track product and service evolution to update training content and ensure future readiness
- Direct pre- and post-session activities to maximize effectiveness across all learning formats
- Make strategic decisions on resources and operations that improve efficiency and achieve team objectives
