Key skills include accuracy, attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency with accounting software, making it an entry-level role for those with finance or accounting backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

- Cash Handling: Manage daily cash receipts, deposits, petty cash, and ensure accurate reconciliation of cash balances.
- Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses, in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, ERP).
- Invoicing & Payments: Prepare bills, receipts, invoices, and process payments.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform daily bank reconciliations to match statements with internal records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing basic reports (sales summary, expense statements) and support month-end/year-end closing.
- Compliance:



Help with GST data preparation, invoice checking, and statutory requirements.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain organized financial filing systems, purchase/sales registers, and vouchers.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
