YOUR IMPACT We are looking for someone who can play a key role in developing state of the art construction projects through knowledge and application of site management and building specifications. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to instill the highest standard of excellence in civil and finishes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project planning / Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in managing projects
- Experience in Construction projects execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments

Key Responsibilities

- - To Handle the team of 4-5 Engineers.



Collate the inputs from them and generate reports.
- To report GM regarding day today activates and to uprise the bottle necks
- To coordinate with Planning manager to map planned v/s actual and take suitable action
- To coordinate with cost consultant for timely bill processing
- To resolve the issues at site proactively
- To Study the Drawings issued by the Architects or Consultants and Raise Clarification Requests
- Check whether, Plan for the Next Day including Men and Machinery is in line with the Schedule
- Check whether, Sufficient Materials Stock is available at Site for Smooth Progress and Follow up with Vendor for any Shortages

- Discuss and Explore for Possibilities with Vendor for any Hinderances occur at Site on daily basis and raise Alarm
- Ensure that the Progress is Achieved as per the Schedule without Compromise on Safety and Quality
- To coordinate with neighbors, local authorities for smooth running of the project.
