Role & responsibilities :

- Design calculations (Hand Calculations / Excel / Design Software)
- Construction drawing review and checking
- Concrete quantity estimation and BOQ preparation
- Review of designs and drawings submitted by third-party consultants/vendors

Foundation design for: Conveyors, Pipe Racks, Buildings, Equipment foundations (Pumps, ID Fans, Blowers, etc.), Shed structures etc
- RCC frame building design and detailing
- Equipment-supporting RCC structure design and detailing for facilities such as: Casters, Mills (HSM, CRM, Rebar, etc.), furnaces etc
- Design of Industrial buildings and underground structures
- Drainage and sewage system design and detailing
- Earthwork estimation
- Vendor drawing review and checking

Preferred candidate profile

BE/B.tech ( Civil / Structural )

M.Tech preferred

5 - 10 yrs years experience in civil / structural design

Must have experience of working on industrial projects such as Steel Plant, Power Plant, Cement Plant, Mining, Oil & Gas, etc.

Hands-on experience in design and detailing
