1. To perform FE Modelling, measured against the QC checklist.
2. To perform FE Analysis – Linear & Non-Linear, Contacts & Implicit.
3. To analyse the test results, compared with the earlier simulation data.
4. To check the percentage of Correlation with the physical Test data.
5. To improve the DVP by reducing the gap between the physical Test vs Simulation.
6. To provide design recommendations to meet the Acceptance criteria.
- To have knowledge on HyperMesh, Optistruct & Abaqus – Linear and Nonlinear(Contact Analysis)
- To have knowledge on Nonlinear Contact Analysis using Abaqus
- To have hands-on Experience in using Abaqus (Implicit & Explicit)
- To have valuable attitude and communication skills
