- Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and preventative maintenance on plant machinery and equipment in line with maintenance schedules.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely breakdown repairs to minimize plant downtime.
- Install, align, and commission current machinery, plant equipment, and components.
- Dismantle, repair, and reassemble mechanical equipment including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings, seals, valves, and drive systems used in dairy processing.
- Maintain and repair dairy-specific equipment such as pasteurizers, separators/clarifiers, homogenizers, evaporators, dryers, tanks/silos, fillers/packaging lines, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
