Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Cyber Operate team, you will be responsible for:

- Performing account and resource administration in RACF and TopSecret to support L2/L3 service delivery
- Analyzing RACF and TopSecret datasets, resources, account attributes, and security settings
- Performing data analysis and data manipulation to support access administration and operational activities
- Coordinating with client and Deloitte teams to identify, manage, and resolve issues within service level expectations
- Supporting client calls as a subject matter specialist and contributing to secure, compliant mainframe operations

The team Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

- Managing Identity Lifecycle
- Security Operations
- Threat Intelligence
- Application Security
- Business Transformation
- Continuous Compliance

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients. Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts; flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage; on-call support based on project assignment

Qualifications

Required

- 6+ years of information technology or information security experience
- 6+ years of experience in a mainframe support role




- Experience with mainframe tools and technologies, including Time Sharing Option (TSO), Interactive System Productivity Facility (ISPF), datasets, resources, rules, batch jobs, Database 2 (Db2), and RACF utilities
- Experience with RACF or TopSecret account and resource administration, including user adds, changes, deletions, group creation, group membership, and dataset or resource administration
- Experience with Vanguard Administrator, Vanguard Advisor, and Vanguard Compliance Manager
- Experience using ticketing tools for access management, escalation tracking, and operational reporting
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, Master of Computer Applications, Master of Science in Computer Science, or equivalent degree from an accredited university

Preferred
- Experience with identity and access management tools
- Experience with mainframe configuration, maintenance procedures, and documentation
- Experience with user provisioning and security maintenance processes
- Experience supporting service level agreements in an L2/L3 support model
- Experience supporting issue resolution across client and internal teams
