Skills required: -

- Supporting and leading all Maintenance process & operations
- Tracking expenses overseeing the budget for maintenance
- Maintaining all machinery to ensure list at working std
- Generating and maintaining maint. Procedure
- Conducting regular/ Inspection of realities to detect & registry problem
- Ensure all dept worker adhere to safety polices
- Documentation of daily progress reports
- Assigning repair schedule & exaltation of repair cost
- Critical stock maintaining & Purchase
- ISO/ VSM/ PPM/ Kaizen
- Positive verbal & wring communication
- New Plant Setup / Activity

- Handling & Maintaing Maint. Dept staff & workers
- Plant Safety Maintaining
- Install Appliances & equipment
- Check control Pannel & electrical corning to identify issue
- Maint dept Procedure, SOP Preparation
- Planning of Preventive / breakdown maint.
- Monitoring & Reduction of Power consumption & losses
