Role Description The Management Information Service role at Square Yard is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing business data to support management decision-making, performance tracking, and reporting. Daily tasks include preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership; validating data from multiple sources; and ensuring timely distribution of accurate information to relevant stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating with sales, operations, and finance teams to understand reporting needs, identifying trends and variances, and recommending data-backed insights. The position offers up to 5 LPA compensation,



with opportunities to work closely with business leaders and improve internal processes through effective information management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present insights clearly.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, charts, and basic data visualization.
- Candidates should possess solid documentation and reporting skills, including the ability to create dashboards, management reports, and structured summaries for stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and understand their information and reporting requirements.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in MIS, business analysis, or reporting roles is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, basic SQL or database concepts, and exposure to the real estate or services sector would be beneficial.
