Description

- Identify, screen and evaluate potential M&A; opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
- Build financial models and perform valuations using DCF, comparable companies and precedent transaction methodologies.
- Support financial and commercial due diligence and identify key deal risks and opportunities.
- Prepare investment memoranda, business cases and presentations for senior management.
- Develop strategic rationales and investment theses for potential acquisitions.
- Support transaction execution, including evaluation, pricing, structuring, negotiations, documentation and internal approvals.
- Coordinate with internal teams, investment bankers, consultants, legal advisors, auditors and other stakeholders.
- Track transaction milestones and support post-transaction activities, where required.

Profile
- A CA and/or MBA qualification.




- Approximately 2 to 6 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in financial modelling and valuation.
- Experience in financial and commercial due diligence.
- Experience in preparing investment memoranda or investment committee materials.
- Exposure to M&A; opportunity identification, target screening and evaluation.
- Exposure to transaction execution would be preferred.
- Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience in corporate buy-side M&A;, investment banking, transaction advisory, consulting, a Managing Director's Office or a similar strategy role would be advantageous.
