Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup creating premium villa stays, curated getaways, retreats, and unique travel experiences across India.

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and target-driven Luxury Travel Booking Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on handling travel inquiries, converting leads into bookings, building customer relationships, and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.

Respond to leads received through WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.

Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budgets, and occasions.

Recommend suitable luxury villas, premium stays, retreats, and curated experiences.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

Handle customer objections and confidently close bookings.

Upsell premium villas, upgrades, experiences, and additional services.

Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.





Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation.

Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.

Travel & Hospitality experience is mandatory.

Proven ability to convert leads into bookings.

Excellent communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship management abilities.

Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales and revenue goals.

Passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and premium experiences.

Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
