Blue Tea India is looking for a Logistics Associate – E-commerce Operations to manage day-to-day order fulfillment and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in dispatch, shipment coordination, inventory management and courier operations, along with a good understanding of e-commerce orders and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end order fulfillment from order processing to final delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely order processing and shipment.
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for pickups, deliveries and shipment issues.
Track shipments and follow up on delayed, undelivered and failed shipments.
Handle RTO, returns, NDR and delivery-related issues.
Monitor order status and ensure timely dispatch as per operational SLAs.
Maintain proper shipment and logistics records.
Coordinate with the warehouse team for inventory availability and reconciliation.
Monitor e-commerce orders across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.
Handle order cancellations, returns and reverse logistics.
Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports using Excel.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Support logistics operations during high-volume sales periods.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, order fulfillment or e-commerce operations.
Experience in e-commerce logistics is preferred.
Basic understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other e-commerce platforms.
Good understanding of order processing, shipment tracking, returns and RTO.
Experience coordinating with courier/logistics partners.
Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse coordination.
Working knowledge of MS Excel – filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and basic reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is primarily a Logistics professional with e-commerce exposure.
A candidate with robust logistics experience and basic-to-good knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho will be preferred over a candidate who has only handled product listings, cataloguing or marketplace sales operations.
