- Responsible for overall logistics and transportation operations, ensuring timely and productive movement of materials, products, and company assets.

- Plan and coordinate daily vehicle schedules, routes, and deliveries based on operational requirements.

- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.

- Ensure all company vehicles are used only for authorized business purposes and maintain proper vehicle movement records.

- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Branches, Purchase, and Operations teams for timely dispatch and delivery.

- Ensure on-time delivery of products and materials to all branches and designated locations.

- Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure proper quantity, quality, and documentation during dispatch.

- Track delivery vehicles through GPS/vehicle tracking systems and monitor route deviations or delays.

- Maintain records of trip sheets, delivery challans, fuel usage, vehicle expenses, and maintenance.

- Coordinate with drivers and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations.

- Verify driver attendance, duty schedules, licenses,



and required vehicle documents.

- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

- Handle vehicle breakdowns, delivery delays, emergencies, and other logistics-related issues promptly.

- Ensure proper reverse logistics, return materials, rejected products, and empty packaging are handled systematically.

- Conduct regular reviews of vehicle performance, delivery efficiency, fuel consumption, and logistics expenses.

- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements and transportation documentation.

- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports for management review.

- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.

- Ensure proper coordination between drivers, branch teams, warehouse/store teams, and management.

- Perform any other logistics-related responsibilities assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
