Role Description The Logistics Coordinator (PTL) role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves planning and coordinating part-truckload (PTL) shipments, ensuring timely pickup and delivery while optimizing routes and capacity.

The Logistics

Coordinator will manage daily communication with clients, carriers, and warehouse teams, track shipments, resolve exceptions,



and update internal systems with accurate status information.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory movements, maintaining documentation, supporting billing and claims processes, and assisting in continuous improvement of logistics workflows and service quality.

Qualifications

- Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Experience with Inventory Management and basic Supply Chain Management concepts.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and logistics or ERP software is preferred.
- Prior experience in transportation, warehousing, or distribution operations is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
- Transporter rates and procurement experience.
