Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Counsel role based in Jaipur.

The Legal

Counsel will provide legal support for debt recovery, asset acquisition, and enforcement activities under relevant frameworks, including IBC and SARFAESI. Daily responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts, preparing case files, and advising internal teams on legal risks and compliance requirements. The role involves coordinating with banks, insolvency professionals, and corporate clients, supporting pre-litigation strategies,



and assisting in settlement facilitation and auction-related documentation.

The Legal

Counsel will also monitor regulatory updates, contribute to internal legal policies, and work closely with management to ensure legally sound, result-oriented strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with demonstrated experience handling Legal Issues related to debt recovery, insolvency, and asset enforcement.
- Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and providing clear, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Hands-on experience in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing agreements, notices, pleadings, and compliance documentation.
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialization in banking, insolvency, or commercial law is an advantage.
- Prior experience working with banks, financial institutions, insolvency professionals, or in litigation related to debt and recovery is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or additional regional languages is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Jaipur, maintaining high ethical standards and professional integrity.
