TLDR - We’re looking for a Learning Experience Designer who can turn technical and STEM concepts into learning experiences that are engaging, intuitive, inclusive, and genuinely fun. We are looking for who understands how learners think, what makes them curious, and what it takes to design an experience that makes them want to keep learning.

About TIS The Innovation Story (TIS) is one of India's leading organisations dedicated to nurturing the next generation of innovators through experiential learning in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Emerging Technologies. We are the implementation partner for the Amazon Future Engineer program, delivering computer science education to students across India. We also have an exclusive partnership with the Technology Innovation Hub, IIT Delhi, through which students benefit from advanced technology curricula and joint certification.

In addition, we are part of India's premier robotics and innovation ecosystem through our collaboration with ARTPARK, an initiative promoted by the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, with support from the Government of Karnataka.

Our summer program partners: MIT Lemelson, IIT Bombay, IIT Gandhinagar. We have launched National Robotics League - nationwide robotics competition for high school students in association with IIT Bombay.

What will you do?

- Turn technical content into compelling stories

Write storyboards that transform complex concepts into narratives, challenges, scenarios, and experiences learners can connect with.
- Design the learning experience architecture

Decide what the learner sees, does, thinks, questions, creates, and reflects on throughout the experience. Structure concepts and experiences in a way that optimizes comprehension, curiosity, retention, and application.
- Connect learning outcomes to experience

Ensure every activity, interaction, and assessment has a explicit learning purpose.
- Design formative assessments

Create meaningful ways for learners to test their understanding, receive feedback, and learn from mistakes.
- Continuously improve

Use learner feedback, engagement data, and experimentation to make the experience better. Who is this for?
